We offer standard UK shipping via Royal Mail.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer an eco delivery option?

Yes, for various shipping locations in inner London. We offer an eco delivery rate (£2.00) and drop off times can range between 1-2weeks.

What is your return policy?

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to notify us via email at info@wildopulence.com and return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it within its original packaging and undamaged in any way. Please ensure items are secured well when returning. We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will email to inform you. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Refunds will take up to 7 to 10 working days.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
